EduTrackly was not born in a boardroom. It started with a frustration.
During HSC exam preparation, the founder was taking an online course on a Bangladeshi platform. The institute was running their classes through Discord — which worked for communication — but when it came to submitting homework, students had to post their work across different channels in different formats. There was no proper way for teachers to review, annotate, grade, and track submissions the way a real educational platform should allow.
It was messy. It was scattered. And it felt like something was missing.
""If we had a proper place to submit homework, and teachers could actually track it — that would make a real difference."
That thought stayed in the back of the mind. Then came the HSC exams, and life took over. But the moment the results were out and the pressure lifted, the idea came rushing back — clearer this time. So the work began.
The Frustration
HSC prep. Discord chaos. Homework scattered across channels. Something had to change.
The Idea
Exams done. Results out. The idea comes back clearer than ever. Building begins.
Beta Launch
EduTrackly goes live. Real institutes. Real students. Real feedback. The story continues.
EduTrackly is an all-in-one educational platform. Not a chat app. Not a homework tool. Not a scheduling system. All of them — together, in one clean place.
Right now the platform gives educational institutes everything they need to run properly:
Homework creation, online submission, and grading with annotations
Automatic attendance tracking based on homework activity
Real-time group chat with file sharing, reactions, and mentions
Class routines and study materials organized by subject and chapter
Performance reports for teachers and admins
Student profiles visible to teachers, tracking each student individually
Instant notifications keeping everyone in the loop
And we are just getting started. The goal is to add live classes directly inside the platform — so students never have to leave to join a Facebook Live or a Zoom call and get lost in the noise of social media. Everything in one place. That is the vision.
Here is something honest: the founder does not like social media. Not for personal reasons alone — but because of what happens when education gets mixed into it.
😵 Before EduTrackly
You open Facebook to watch your class. But by the time you find the live video, you have already scrolled past fifteen other things. You open Messenger to check your study group. Now you are lost in other conversations. You came to study. You ended up somewhere else entirely.
✨ With EduTrackly
EduTrackly exists to solve exactly that. A focused environment. No distractions. No feed. No algorithm pulling you away. Just your institute, your teachers, your classmates, and your work.
""Our platform tries to give you a cozy environment where learning actually happens."
This is especially important for Gen Z learners who grew up with social media but are also most affected by its distractions. EduTrackly is designed with them in mind — the interface, the feel, the experience. It should feel good to use. Not like a chore, and not like another social app.
Solo Founder
Bangladeshi developer & designer
EduTrackly is currently a solo project — designed and maintained by one person: a Bangladeshi computer nerd who genuinely loves creating things and solving problems.
No big team. No venture funding. No corporate office. Just someone who saw a real problem, had an idea, and decided to build the solution rather than wait for someone else to do it.
We are in beta right now — which means we are still growing, still learning, and still building. Early users are not just users. They are part of the story. Their feedback shapes what EduTrackly becomes.
Education deserves its own dedicated space — not a corner of a social media platform
Teachers should be able to truly understand how each student is doing — not just guess
Students deserve a focused, distraction-free environment to learn and grow
Data belongs to the people who create it — we will never sell it
Good tools should feel good to use — design and experience matter
And above all — we plan, we try our best, and we put our trust in Allah. Without His mercy and help, none of this would exist. What He wills happens, and what He does is always right. We move forward with that faith.
The immediate goal is to make the current platform as solid and reliable as possible for institutes that trust us during beta. From there, the next big milestone is live classes — built directly into EduTrackly so students never need to leave the platform for their education.
After that? Quizzes, assessments, more reporting tools, and features we have not even thought of yet — because the best ideas often come from the people actually using the product.
