Terms of Service

EduTrackly is an educational platform that provides institutes, teachers, and students with tools to manage communication, homework, attendance, routines, materials, and academic records. The platform is currently in beta and is offered free of charge during this period.

EduTrackly is operated by the EduTrackly Team. We are not a registered company at this time. These Terms will be updated when a legal entity is formally established.

3.1 How Accounts Are Created

EduTrackly uses an invite-based system:

• An institute administrator registers the institute and creates the admin account
• Admins invite teachers to the platform via invite links
• Teachers invite their students via invite links

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. EduTrackly will never ask for your password.

3.3 Account Deletion & Recovery

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account is deactivated immediately
• Your account and data are permanently deleted after 30 days
• If you log back in within 30 days, your account will be fully restored

4.1 Permitted Use

EduTrackly is designed exclusively for legitimate educational purposes. You may use the platform to:

• Manage and communicate within your educational institute
• Create and submit homework assignments
• Share educational materials and resources
• Track attendance and academic routines
• Communicate with teachers, students, and administrators within your institute

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use EduTrackly for any of the following:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal content of any kind
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing adult or sexually explicit content
• Uploading content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the platform in any way
• Using the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to education
• Spreading misinformation or spam

5.1 Your Content

All content you upload or create on EduTrackly — including homework files, chat messages, study materials, profile information, and any other files — remains your property. EduTrackly does not claim ownership over your content.

5.2 License You Grant Us

By uploading content to EduTrackly, you grant EduTrackly a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the platform services to you and your institute.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on EduTrackly. EduTrackly does not monitor or review content in real time. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to take appropriate action against the account responsible.

If you register as an institute administrator, you take on additional responsibilities:

• You are responsible for ensuring that all teachers and students invited to your institute comply with these Terms
• You are responsible for managing your institute's groups, members, and content appropriately
• If your institute serves students who are minors, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained from parents or guardians as required by applicable law
• You must not misuse administrative privileges to harm, stalk, or harass other users

EduTrackly is currently in beta. This means:

• The platform is provided free of charge during the beta period
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice
• We may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions as we develop the platform

We will make reasonable efforts to keep EduTrackly available and notify users of planned maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

The EduTrackly platform administrator maintains a secure admin panel used strictly for operating, securing, and supporting the platform. Through this panel, EduTrackly can:

• View user account details including institute and group memberships
• View login history including device, browser, IP address, location, and login status
• Suspend, block, or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms
• Access public profile data during a support session (all such access is logged)

EduTrackly reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently delete your account and all associated content
• Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities

You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your profile settings, subject to the 30-day grace period described in Section 3.3.

EduTrackly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• EduTrackly makes no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose
• EduTrackly is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, bugs, or errors that occur during normal use of the platform
• EduTrackly is not responsible for content uploaded by users — users are solely responsible for their own content
• EduTrackly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

EduTrackly uses Supabase as its infrastructure and storage provider. By using EduTrackly, you acknowledge that your data is stored and processed through Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase operates under its own terms and privacy policy, available at supabase.com .

EduTrackly is not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party service providers, though we choose our providers carefully and only use them to operate the platform.

All elements of the EduTrackly platform — including its design, branding, logo, code, and features — are the intellectual property of EduTrackly. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of EduTrackly without our express written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform or via email. The updated Terms will always be available with the revised effective date.

Continued use of EduTrackly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and delete your account.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EduTrackly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
